Refund Policy
Node 001 — UM Protocol

Digital Products (PDFs, Guides, Workbooks)
Due to the instant-delivery nature of digital products, all digital product sales are final and non-refundable.
When you purchase a digital product from Node 001:
- Files are delivered immediately upon payment confirmation
- Download links are sent to your email instantly
- You gain permanent access to the purchased materials
Exceptions for Digital Products
We will consider refund requests in the following circumstances:
- Technical Issues: If you are unable to download or access your purchased files due to a technical error on our end
- Duplicate Purchase: If you accidentally purchased the same product twice
- Billing Error: If you were charged incorrectly
To request a refund for any of the above reasons, contact us at hq@umprotocol.com within 7 days of purchase with your order details and a description of the issue.
Physical Products (Mugs, Hoodies, Merchandise)
Physical products are manufactured on-demand and shipped by our fulfillment partner, Printful. The following policies apply:
Eligible for Return/Replacement
- Damaged Items: Products that arrive damaged due to shipping
- Print Defects: Items with printing errors, misprints, or quality issues
- Wrong Item: If you receive an item different from what you ordered
Not Eligible for Return
- Products with no defects or damage
- Items damaged after delivery due to customer handling
- Buyer's remorse or change of mind
- Incorrect size selection (please check sizing charts before ordering)
How to Request a Physical Product Return
If your physical product qualifies for a return or replacement:
- Contact us at hq@umprotocol.com within 30 days of delivery
- Include your order number and photos of the damaged/defective item
- We will coordinate with Printful to process your replacement or refund
Processing Time
Once a refund is approved:
- Digital product refunds are processed within 5-7 business days
- Physical product refunds are processed within 10-14 business days after the item is returned or the claim is verified
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method used for purchase
